A 12 week week deep dive, in a supportive group environment, to overcome persistent health issues and accelerate your healing journey.

Create Glowing Health
Over the last 10+ years, through my personal and professional experience, I’ve identified that three key areas must be addressed to create glowing health - Biochemistry, Brain and Body.
The body needs sufficient fuel (food, hydration, nutrients) to operate at its peak. You wouldn’t expect a car to run on an empty tank; likewise, the body is not able to perform functions such as digesting food, detoxifying, or creating hormones, neurotransmitters and enzymes when it is nutritionally depleted. It’s very difficult to implement any kind of change in this state.
However, even the most well fuelled car is still directed by the driver. The mind is an incredible operating system, capable of overriding biochemical pathways even when nutritional status is sufficient.
This is because the body is geared for survival and, when it perceives a threat, it will pump blood toward the areas of the body needed to keep you alive, for example, away from digestive organs and into arms and legs so you can run/fight. It produces adrenaline and cortisol in high amounts to keep you going, meaning that calming hormones like progesterone, oxytocin and serotonin are made in lower quantities.
With our fast-paced modern lifestyle and the pressures of life, many people are living in this perpetual ‘flight or fight’ state. It’s a loop that cannot be shifted unless we shift our perceptions around the situations that feel stressful or overwhelming. This work is a big part of this program.
Reconnect With Your Body
There’s another piece to the puzzle – emotions. Emotions are powerful energetic currents that produce sensations in the body and, if they are not properly released, they become stuck. Mindset exercises alone are not strong enough to shift this.
Like an animal shaking off its stress, we use simple, and incredibly effective, somatic movement practices to allow the body to express and move the stuck sensations. This enables the body to ‘close the loop’ and move forward. There is no talking in these practices – only movement. The body knows what it’s ready to release and we are creating the space for that to happen.
By shifting stuck emotions, we also clear excess adrenaline and cortisol from the body and help the nervous system move out of ‘flight/fight’ and into ‘rest/digest’, where it can heal. It’s a bit like giving a car a thorough service and the driver some much-needed TLC after bush-bashing for weeks on end.
The mind becomes clearer, the communication within the body is more effective, and everything runs more smoothly. The underlying vitality that is always present within the body (but covered up with daily stressors) can be accessed, leading to more joy and bliss in life.
