I had been struggling for a long time. I felt sick all the time. Tried anyone and everything. Since meeting SarahI’ve had success after success. This is the first time I have had relief in so long. I have more energy and I sleep right through the night (have not done that for years). The best thing is my stomach is not so angry anymore. I stopped passing wind (all the time with no control), burping and I no longer have stomach pains or an upset stomach. I’m much more confident, my clothes fit better, and I feel empowered with all the knowledge and direction I now have. Sarah is a listener. She answers all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She KNOWS what she is talking about and recommends. I can tell her anything. I am so glad we found each other, and I recommend Sarah to everyone!

Since working with Sarah everything is going awesome, I’m actually starting to enjoy the taste of oats and I have so much more energy in the mornings. My mum has even jumped on board as well and eating the same as me!
I had a pleasure of working with Sarah since December 2018. My child had been seriously unwell for several months prior to that, with the symptoms being inflamed lymph nodes, headaches, painful stomachaches, severe eczema, and weight loss. In December, the child was diagnosed with Coeliac disease in the hospital. I found the combination of the efforts of the hospital team (pediatrician, dermatologist, etc.) and Sarah’s advice extremely beneficial. Sarah was able to provide enormous help with the following:
She explains everything in a comprehensive language, making it clear how the connections and substances in our bodywork and affect our wellbeing. As opposed to the mere prohibition of non-tolerated foods, Sarah explains what it is in them that is not working well with the body, and suggests replacement options to ensure the necessary vitamins and minerals are consumed.
She always responds promptly to my questions. Her answers are well explained and researched. Sarah is an empathic, honest, reliable and extremely pleasant person. I will definitely recommend Sarah to anyone who is suffering from gut-related and nutritional issues.
Sarah’s advice and suggestions for dietary changes and supplements have certainly helped me to overcome a few longstanding health issues in quite a short period of time. I am now more able to predict the foods that I should avoid, and I have strategies to use when I am away from home and have less control over my diet. I have really appreciated the research that Sarah has done to assist me in overcoming each of the health issues I spoke with her about. My gut issues have improved so much that I am now able to live a more relaxed lifestyle. Sarah has been very friendly, supportive and easy to work with. I have really enjoyed working with Sarah.
Before working with Sarah, I was struggling to eat because every time I ate something I had to run to the bathroom. I was constantly having to duck off to the toilet during work hours which was incredibly awkward and inconvenient. I was so frustrated with not knowing what to eat. I also felt exhausted all the time and didn’t have the energy for my hobbies and the things I love to do, including bike riding.
Sarah has helped me to be able to live a normal life, with regular toilet stops rather than the multitude during the day. Sarah has also helped me to work out my diet with more balance between the foods I love to eat and the foods my system loves me to eat.
I’m so relieved because I feel so much better, I have the energy to ride again, and I’m not running to the toilet all day at work which is amazing.
I definitely recommend working with Sarah – don’t think about it, just do it. The results far outweigh the pain of not doing anything.
Before working with Sarah, I was getting lots of bloating, gas and diarrhoea. This was something I had been struggling with for about 15 years. I was so fatigued and always needed to be near a toilet which was very inconvenient, especially at work. As soon as I got home I would have to run to the toilet which was very stressful. I was at a point where I felt I had to accept that I would always be up and down with these issues and that things would always be this way.
I now feel much more relaxed and comfortable with less bloating and less toilet trips during the day. Through diet change and learning about the mind-gut connection I have discovered a new side to nutrition that I didn’t know about before. I’ve even been able to travel on a long-haul flight and enjoy a trip overseas with minimal discomfort, which was absolutely wonderful.
I didn’t think that anything would help me after my long history with gut problems which has included surgery, but Sarah’s program did. If this program worked for me, then I believe that it can help anyone.
Before working with Sarah, I was always feeling bloated and tired, I was getting stomach cramps and a lot of stomach pain. Things were unpredictable – sometimes food would be fine for me, other times the same food would set my stomach off. I didn’t know what to eat, and nothing seemed to be helping.
I now feel much better in my stomach. I’m able to tolerate food that I couldn’t previously, I have far less pain and I feel stronger and lighter overall which I’m really happy about. My energy is better, and my stress resilience has improved.
I have also learned how to listen to my body more, how to put myself first and take care of myself more. I’ve found it really interesting to understand the way in which my gut affects my mood and energy, and why it’s so important to know what’s going on inside.
Before starting Sarah’s program, I was a little worried about the financial investment. However, I believe that my health needs to come first and this program has been worth every cent. I have more motivation to look after my health now that I know what it’s like to have a settled tummy.
Sarah has given me such amazing support. She’s always been there for me where I’ve needed it, she’s very knowledgeable and she teaches in a way in which anyone could understand and learn from. Before working with Sarah, I was experiencing a lot of pain, gas, nausea, bloating and diarrhea. I was only able to eat very little food because I was losing it so quickly. I would eat dinner at 6pm and by 6:45pm it was gone.
I have had Crohn’s disease and IBS for over 60 years, and I felt like things had been getting much worse in the 10 months or so before I met Sarah. I wasn’t tolerating much food and I couldn’t sleep much because I had to get up 2-3 times during the night to empty my ileostomy bag. I felt exhausted all the time and social situations felt like a trial to get through which was very distressing.
Sarah listened to me and heard what I was facing. She had so many suggestions that WORK.
I’m now sleeping much better and able to manage 6-7 hours per night whereas I was only able to get about 3 hours before. My dinner isn’t disappearing, without needing Imodium, and I’m getting barely any bloating or gas. My output is down overall despite taking less medication than ever.
I was able to go on an overseas vacation for a month and only missed one day out of the 30 days there, whereas before the whole trip would have been a struggle.
I’m also more psychologically stable because I’m not constantly worried about my bowels. I understand better the way in which my psychological state relates to my gut and pain. Stressful events don’t set my gut off like they used to.
I feel whole and less the odd woman out. I’m less stressed and I feel much more able to tolerate abrupt changes. I’m much more grounded than I was.
If you’re thinking about working with Sarah, all I can say is you had better get on board 2000%. Even though I’m a nurse, psychologist, thought psychotherapist and spiritual director, I’ve learned more through working with Sarah than everything else. She can really HELP where no one else has!
I reached out to Sarah because I had been feeling extremely nauseous for weeks and I was getting itchy rashes down the sides of my legs. I also had purple marks on the top of my feet, and I was getting awful headaches all the time. I wasn’t sleeping well and felt exhausted.
As I went through Sarah’s program my headaches and nausea subsided, I started sleeping like a log and I got a shock when I realised that my rash and the purple marks on my feet had disappeared. I didn’t realise that was possible. I also now have a lot more energy, am exercising more and am feeling more relaxed.
I feel so relieved now because I know what was causing it all. I feel a lot more positive, happier and it’s wonderful to be able to sleep properly because I haven’t slept through the night since I was a teenager. I put up with it all for so long.
I’m so glad that I did Sarah’s program and got this worked out instead of going back and forth with different people and trying different things all the time which would have been very stressful.
I highly recommend working with Sarah because it’s so empowering to know which foods suit you and which foods don’t. Having the regular video sessions with Sarah was great and if I ever needed Sarah, I could send her a message and she would reply very promptly.
I’ve been able to bring new ways of eating into my life that are supporting me to be healthy, energetic and happy.

I’m also so relieved to finally understand the right way to eat for my body.
This has been the most sensible and easiest to follow program I’ve ever encountered. I feel like I’m now finally doing things properly and I know I’ll keep going on this new, healthy path now. The best part is that we covered everything from head to toe – body, mind, spirit and soul.

Before working with Sarah, I was feeling bloated, fatigued, and my bowels were very irregular. I was frequently experiencing bouts of diarrhoea followed by constipation.
