My approach is holistic, considered, and created through my healing journey and professional work. It is designed to clear every area which is keeping the body unwell and includes:
Uncovering the root cause/s of illness
Ensuring your diet is right for your body and that your body’s biochemical requirements are met
Coaching through barriers to change and perceptions that are creating stress and perpetuating a flight/fight response in the body
Using specific movement practices to clear stuck emotions and excessive mental energy from the body, allowing space for feelings of vitality, wellness and aliveness to shine through
Through this, we facilitate deep healing and build strength and resilience going forward.
I typically work with clients who:

I’m Sarah, Award Winning International Best-Selling Author and Holistic Wellness Coach. As a Nutritionist, Health Coach & Embodiment Teacher, I combine nutrition, health coaching, and somatic movement to create a powerful healing container where people can become their most healthy and vibrant selves.
It has been my life path to rebuild my health over, and over again. From partying in my younger years and neglecting my physical body, to remaining in toxic and stressful situations and neglecting my mental and emotional bodies, to having my health wiped out from post-natal depletion, there have been many instances where I’ve felt very unwell.
Whilst challenging, it has also been a great gift. Each time I’ve learned something new, found an inner strength I didn’t know I had, and gained new tools and insights to take my healing even deeper.
Through my personal health journey and professional experience, I’ve become highly attuned to our multifaceted nature and have developed a methodology to address all areas that keep us unwell.
