I have designed my signature Gut Healing Strategy Sessions™ with this in mind.
Our session lasts for 60 minutes. This allows us time to cover your detailed and holistic health history and get a clear picture of what is likely causing and contributing to the gut issues that you are experiencing.
We meet by Zoom, a private and secure online platform, and can work together from anywhere in the world. I have worked with clients across Australia and internationally including Canada, Switzerland and Czech Republic.
From there, we will create your personalised Gut Revival Game Plan™ to support you to achieve the results you are looking for.
The Gut Revival Game Plan™ also includes:
• Customised diet recommendations and/or meal planning to alleviate your symptoms and heal your gut
• Holistic mentoring and lifestyle coaching to fast track your results on every level
• Recommendations for specific nutritional investigations and therapeutics (where required) to uncover the root cause, rule out anything more sinister, and supply your body and mind with the
